We are an established family run business offering a fast, efficient and friendly service at all times.
We have over 20 years experience in the 'Hairdressing Supplies' trade and an extensive knowledge in all current and forthcoming products.
Our code of practice is a traditional one, i.e. 'The Customer is Always Right,' and we will do our utmost at all times to ensure that customer care is paramount.
We do request that any queries from you to please be carried out via email and will endeavour to reply to all emails within 24 hours. However, if you have a particular concern about an outstanding order or you need a product urgently feel free to contact us via telephone.
As previously mentioned on our homepage the majority of our products supplied are professional and not available in retail stores and any chemical processing products purchased should always be carried out via a professional hairdresser. We cannot be held responsible for any 'disasters.'
We are a well stocked Website and will continue to keep building up our product database, including further expansion into beauty products in the not too distant future. How do I know that ordering from you is secure?
We use paypal as our secure payments company so you can pay us via your paypal account or alternatively you can pay via credit/debit card. PayPal uses SSL technology to keep your information safe. In addition, when you send a payment using PayPal, we as the the recipient will not receive sensitive financial information like your credit card or bank account number. This way, you don't have to worry about paying us when you don't know us. We hope though that you will be happy with our service and maybe get to know us a bit more by reordering from us. We will be pleased to serve you.
.How long will my order take?
We will endeavour to ship your items as quickly as possible, however please allow up to 7 days for delivery in the UK. Customers outside the UK please allow a few extra days.
If an item is out of stock at the time of order you will be notified of this and be given the option of waiting for the item to be restocked or to receive a refund in full. Stock is replenished regularly so any delays should be minimal.
What is your returns policy?
If you wish to return an item please first email us explaining the reason for the return. Returns are only accepted if received within 14 days from date of order and must be returned in their original condition.
A refund or exchange will be issued upon receipt of the return if found in the condition as outlined above. Shipping charges will only be refunded if an item is returned due to be faulty/damaged. If you do return an item to us please note that you are responsible for that return so obtaining a receipt is advisable.Can I change my order once I have paid?
Yes, ideally please check that you are happy with your order before finalising it but we can alter it afterwards if necessary. As a preference please email us as soon as possible with your alteration requests
You have informed me that the item I have ordered is no longer available so why did you advertise it?
All items are always subject to availability. Sometimes of course companies discontinue items and with 1000s of products to overlook sometimes we do not become aware that stock levels for a particular item have diminished until an order is placed for it, especially if it is a fairly slow selling product. So on the rare occasions this may happen we obviously apologise for any disappointment or inconvenience caused but thank you for bringing it to our attention so that we can remove the product from our website. You will of course be issued a full refund straight away.
Why does the product that I ordered look different to the listing?
Simple, the product has changed packaging that is all. Be rest assured that the product within remains the same. Our listings will be updated in due course. We are sure you can appreciate there are so many products that it can be difficult to keep up with all the changes continuously occurring. We thank you for your patience.
I placed an order from you, why haven't I received it yet?
We can reassure you that your order will have been sent out to you unless you have been informed otherwise. Obviously the occasional item does get lost in the post. Athough we cannot be held responsible for these lost items we will do our utmost to rectify any problems which may occur.
